ABOUT

 

The Richmond Mandarin School has been offering Mandarin classes on Saturdays to children and adults of all backgrounds since 1995. Since then, over 4500 students have graduated from our school.

 

Our teachers are native Mandarin speakers who have had many years of teaching experience. In addition to Mandarin and English, many of our teachers are able to communicate in Cantonese or another Chinese language.

 

As the safety of our students is important to us, we have staff members who are trained in First-Aid and CPR, and we perform yearly emergency fire/earthquake drills. We also take class attendance and teachers follow-up with absent students.

 

At the end of each school year, the Richmond Mandarin School holds a celebration for all the students and their families. Certificates of achievement are handed out to students in each class and students participate in a wide variety of performances.
